Pathetic Service
If there was a zero or negative, I would have selected that rating. Never ever use this courier company, unless if you have high tolerance for incompetence. they employees are unbothered about customer service from call center agents to their delivery personnel. I dont understand why Vodacom is still using them for online orders. They dont communicate at all to think that I have altered my schedule twice to accommodate them makes me sick. the have zero respect for customers. the online chat, online customer service form and call center is definitely responded by the same person

I'm not accepting this response, this is a standard response that you send to everyone who is waiting for delivery from Vodacom. Each case has its merits don't use a blanket approach in resolving different issues.
