Pathetic Service

Yesterday morning I received a call from RAM for delivery at 16h00 in the afternoon. Then after mid-day, on the same day, I received from one of the delivery people, I assume, asking my whereabouts then I told him I'm at work. He told he was around the area and would like to deliver my package, then I told him that the agreement with your call center agents the delivery is at 16h00 in the afternoon. Few minutes later I received a call again from one of the call center agents insisting about the delivery, then i gave her my work address. The delivery never came, without any call to explain what happened and is total disrespect. Today this morning they wanted to deliver my package without confirming with me, then I told them i want the delivery to my home address today. I never changed the address because I wanted to but because they insisted on the delivery. The person who attended me, Tankiso, told it can't be done and I don't want to hear it I want my package today. It's not my fault that you disregard the agreements that you have with clients and change for your convenience. The person who called me today, Mayenzeke - ********** , was extremely rude to. You don't call people and be rude to them, he has low business ethics.
