Pathetic Service
It has been over a week since I have received the attached mail from Ram to confirm the collection of my faulty device. Till today they still have not yet come to collect the faulty device. I am still stuck with a faulty phone that I cannot do anything with. Ram offices are in the Kempton Park area I do not think it can take over Seven days for them to collect a parcel from the Centurion area. This is really pathetic service from them.
