pathetic service

My parcel was sent to them by Telkom on the 13th February 2019, to date I have not received it nor do I get an answer as to where my parcel is. I received an sms on the 13th that I will receive it in 3-5 working days, today is the end of day 5 and no one can locate the parcel. I called the company and was sent from pillar to post until at the end my call was disconnected. I am currently frustrated with all the experience from Telkom and Courier it that I don't want this order anymore. I will deal with reputable network providers.
