Pathetic service

I arranged for a pick up of my parcels. I was told someone would collect on 11 Dec before 5pm. I waited at home the entire day and then at 19:15 it had stated that no one was at home to hand over the parcel. Tried getting in touch with customer care but no help! No one has called to arrange a new time, no one has responded to my emails.

I’d like an immediate refund!
