Pathetic service

Worst courier service ever

Parcel was suppose to be delivered on the 27th was sent to the wrong address changed the address and said it would be delivered on the 28th before 1pm

Its now 4pm and still no sign of the after I phoned then they told me my parcel was not going to be delivered today cause the driver had to go do his daily collections as the collection place closes early

This is serious pathetic service and I will be talking this further
