Pathetic Service

Pathetic service and you are wasting my time. I received a message on Wednesday morning the 14th Feb 2018 that they are going to deliver my parcel between 9 am and 5pm. Tyrone on your online live chat is not responding to my messages, your staff make promises that my package will be delivered by 5pm and that the driver is in my area. I tried several times to make contact with the driver to ensure he will be here at 5pm but no one is phoning me back. I phoned your call center 5pm to find out where the driver is and was told that he will be with me soon and that he is in the area so I waited for him and I only work until 5pm. I phoned again at 17:40 and was told that the driver could not make it anymore but no one will inform me. You are lying when you say you tried to make contact with me. You are wasting my time and will not make use with you again in the future. Your service is non existent.
