Pathetic Service

FNB had sent me a package via Ram couriers. They(FNB) requested that Ram should deliver on a specific day that I'll be available, of which that didn't happen, they contacted me for another day but no delivery was made on the 2nd day. I then contacted FNB directly who organised for another date but Ram decided to deliver a day early without prior arrangements. I called their call center (Ram) but they kept on declining my calls & the drivers say they get to my property & no one's there and I don't answer my phone yet there's no missed calls and I waste my day couped up at home waiting for their delivery as if I don't have other business' to attend to. I don't know if they have GPS installed in their vehicles, if their drivers are even tracked to see if they have been in the said areas. I'm deeply appalled by the level of service they render. When I finally got through their call centre, I was assured it'll be delivered today and I'm still waiting (31.01.2018 - 21:15)
