Pathetic Service

RAM is by far the most pathetic company, in my experience and opinion, in this country! Just wasted R30.00 airtime trying to speak to anyone at their call centre. Was placed on hold, cut off and then finally transfered to the Pretoria Hub just to get cut off again. I will never ever do business with any company that does business with RAM again.
