pathetic service

this is not the first time!!!

im so fed-up with this courier company i wish vodacom can get someone ells to assist in delivering there parcels. i upgraded a few days ago and got all the emails stating when delivery will take place, nobody phoned me i keep on phoning them there is always an excuse. according to there website the driver phone me (but the nr that they have is not even my nr) but he said he phone me, no answer i phoned them to make alternative arrangements. i ask then if i can come and collect from there warehouse and the answer was no for security reasons?! then i ask is i maybe can meet the driver as he just left the street where he was suppose to deliver my parcel, and again no?! last year with my other upgrade it was exactly the same problem. they need to deliver to my work place witch is n business in a big street with the company name written all over the building. so no idea why he couldn't get the place.

please can someone get back to me regarding this, last year i actually canceled one of my contracts with vodacom because of your service and i believe its not there fault its yours!!!
