Pathetic service
Ram must be the ****est courier service ever . Was suppose get my package last week. But the driver can't follow orders . Then made an appointment for today . Asking them to be here after 12. Then he rocks up at 11:55 where I am basically 3 blocks away . He wouldn't wait. Then I call 3 times ram's offices to have my call cut. So now what is the way forward to get my upgrade from these clowns seeing that they don't want to accommodate me by letting me collect it at there offices
