Pathetic Service
Got a call from the driver on Saturday saying that he's outside. Waited outside for 5 min, called and he said he's on the way. Waited 25 min, went back in the house, checked the tracking info and saw that delivery was unsuccessful because nobody was home.
SIMILER ****ING THING TODAY. Called and said he's 5 min away, then 2 away, then few houses away. He arrived 20 min after his first call.
People get things delivered because they don't have the ****ing time to waste, this driver expects me to sit and wait for him?????
**** THIS ****ING COMPANY.
