pathetic service
pathetic service,
your idiotic driver arrives at delivery address without calling me prior.
I rush over and as I'm 500m away, he leaves and says he's waited to long and I must now wait till Monday. drivers number +*** being in the service industry this is utterly pathetic.
I called in and can get no help ?? so drivers do what they want ??they can't follow nor take instructions??
I will not wait till Monday for my package, i want my package.
I've paid for a service! I expect it
