Pathetic service

<p>I've been waiting for my parcel the whole day. Called the call center and was advised they will deliver today. Was again called by the call center and advised that the driver has problems with his car but he will deliver a bit late. This was at 16:55 but over 2hrs later I'm still waiting for my parcel and I did mention I need it today!!!!!! Mind you I called that pathetic customer service 4times before I got through to someone who could actually call the driver and find out where he was. Their website is updated as if they did attempt to deliver. I AM STILL WAITING FOR MY PARCEL RAM!!!</p>
