Pathetic Service
I received pathetic service from Ram once again regarding deliveries. I was suppose to receive my parcel on Wednesday but I was unavailable for delivery. I phoned them and arranged for my parcels to be delivered on Thursday, they didn't deliver. I phoned them om Thursday and they said it will be delivered on Friday. I phoned them on Friday and they said they will dispatch it today. I received my parcel but my other parcel is still at RAM and now they want to deliver the parcel only on Monday. After three phone calls they were only able to deliver half my parcel. Ram confirmed they received both parcels on the same day but they can't deliver both on the same day.
