Pathetic service

So I have recently app**** for a vodacom contract online and it was approved..... So the agent called me and confirmed my order when I received a call from the confirmations department I said to the lady that my original ID document was lost but I had a temp and a copy of the original and an affidavit with my proof of address.. She advised me that they will notify ram in accordance. I then recieve a waybill number and the next thing you know ram couriers is at my place of work. I go down and aa guy named Reggie from ram couriers is the for a delivery for both my husband and I... They refuse to give me the parcel.... They then contact a lady named zama who said it is impossible to hand mme the parcel the the other courier guy is on the phone with a guy from ram named sugen... He authorised the delivery for my husband and I. 3days later my husband received his second package again with the above mentioned documents. However today was the delivery of my second package and ram once again plays the run around with me saying that vodacom did not authorise this. Please cane you look into this Waybill K***
