Pathetic Service
I ordered a rain SIM and I was supposed to get delivery today but as per Terry Lee they gave my parcel to the incorrect driver now I have to make a plan with Rain for a 3rd party to accept my parcel as I'm not available tomorrow. I asked her to transfer me to her supervisor and am waiting for 8 minutes already after being on the line with her for 22 minutes. The service is really pathetic, this is the second time have trouble with them. Customer must take onus of staff incompetency
