Pathetic service

I am extremely frustrated with the service I received today regarding the collection of my Bash return parcel. At 16:46, I received an SMS stating that the collection attempt was unsuccessful. This is completely unacceptable because no one came to my house to collect the parcel.

I did not receive any SMS, WhatsApp message, or phone call from your driver to confirm the collection or notify me of any issues. I spent the entire day at home waiting for this collection, and your failure to communicate or deliver on your commitment is unacceptable.

When I contacted your call centre, I spoke to Vinolia, who informed me that she could not assist because the team finishes work at 17:00 and therefore could not contact the driver. She then requested that I waste another full day, from 08:00 to 17:00, waiting for your driver tomorrow. This is not a solution—it is an inconvenience caused entirely by your poor service.
