Pathetic RAM

I waited for the parcel from 15:00 and even called the call center three times and to make matters worse when I check the portal to track the parcel , they had written something completely false, saying no one at home, even though when I called their call Centre the lady told me she’ll call the driver as when she called when I was on the line she said he was cutting her call, this is really unprofessional and unreliable
