Pathetic over all service
The level of service from Ram Hand to Hand Courier is absolutely pathetic. My parcel was delayed despite being scheduled for delivery today, with no proper communication. Completely unprofessional and unreliable.

I have not changed the date for the 2nd of May as you state, I have proof that the order was to be delivered today , but hence Ram logistics thinks that they are big enough to mess with the client they do things willy nilly based on their Schedule. That being said , keep up the pathetic service , you know what happens if you do .
