pathetic liers
i received an email and sms this morning that my parcel is out for delivery btn 8am and 5pm but with my suprise around 14:00 i received a call from a call center that they tried to call me i did not answer my phone ,can they arrange the delivery for tommorow ,pathetic liers ,i have cancel all my appointment for the day because um waiting for the delivery but at 14:00 they re-arranging my delivery ...why are waisting our time we also have business to run .i have a doubt that they will come tommorow ,

i hope this text finds Ram rightful personel i good hand ....um so dissapointed by your system that it even updated that the delivery was unsuccessfull due to unavailable at home while i had to stop every thing i canceled all my business appointment waiting for this delivery while no driver called me and no 1 arrrive at my place why are you messing with us do you even know how much money did i lose in this day ...this morning again i recieved another email nad text that my delivery its on its way ....pls good peolpe what should i do pls tell me i cant even reach any one in your call center ...

i hope this text finds Ram rightful personel i good hand ....um so dissapointed by your system that it even updated that the delivery was unsuccessfull due to unavailable at home while i had to stop every thing i canceled all my business appointment waiting for this delivery while no driver called me and no 1 arrrive at my place why are you messing with us do you even know how much money did i lose in this day ...this morning again i recieved another email nad text that my delivery its on its way ....pls good peolpe what should i do pls tell me i cant even reach any one in your call center ...

my problem is why Ram stystem **** that tried to reached me that i was not available while i cancelled everything for the day to wait for a parcel to be delivered to me ....and the lady who called me wanted to schedule redelivery @ 14:00 afternoon it was not a time to knock off yet ....your services is pathetic ...... yes i did receive my parcel at your convenience time ....thank you
