Pathetic elivery experience.

I bought an item from Forever New and it was supposed to be delivered on Tuesday the 26th January 2026 and no delivery takes place, I call RAM to query as to why my delivery wasn't done and I am told that the driver couldnt reach me on the phone of which no attempts were made to contact, I didnt even have a missed call notification or sms at the gate or on ny cellphone number none whatsoever. Fast forward, I called and I was told delivery would be made today 29th January 2026 and I am told the same story after. This is now happening for the second and it is really an inconvenience, I do not struggle with other courier companies like I do with RAM. I am at my wits end. I have had to make arrangements both times to have someone at home to receive the parcel and for what?? And it is now, 16:37 I still havent gotten a call from the delivery person or the company. By the way, I called and was told that the driver would call me and guess what?? I still havent received my parcel
