Pathetic. Don't use them if you have a choice.
Pathetic, pathetic, pathetic. And that's actually a compliment. This is now the second time in two months that RAM failed to deliver a Vodacom package. I got the SMS and the email saying that the package will be delivered, and I waited the whole day for them, but nobody showed up. How difficult can it be? I'm 100% sure that anybody with a standard 6 education will do a better job.
