Pathetic Delivery Service from RAM & RAIN

I ordered a Sim Card on the 29th of November. Thereafter i've received appalling service from RAM who are supposed to be delivering the Sim Card. I've spoken to 4 different customer service representatives who've each apologized and promised to dispatch it, they then don't dispatch and don't call the following day, I then have to call them and I get a different customer 'service' rep who then makes the same promise and then doesn't dispatch it. The delivery which is supposed to take a day, is now nearly 2 weeks late. I hope RAIN can quickly find a partner that doesn't deliver such pathetic service.
