Pathetic delivery service from RAM. DO NOT USE THEM

Package was scheduled for arrival on 16Oct 2020. Was at home the entire day and did not receive my package. Went to look online and it stated no one at home and phone goes to voicemail. My phone was never off and as stated I was home all day. They called again on 17Oct 2020 (Saturday) to inform me that the package was not delivered and would be rescheduled for 19Oct 2020. Package never came on said date and they informed us that the driver did not pick up the package. Rescheduled delivery for 20 Oct 2020, Called again for feedback and they informed me again that the package was not taken for delivery and will send it tomorrow. I informed them they can shove the package and send it back to the company I bought it from. Absolutely pathetic. Id suggest using ANY other company than this one.
