Pathetic delivery service and pathetic service from workers

The delivery person came to my house in the morning but the receiver was around the corner. The driver gave us an attitude and drove off after trying to flag them down to inform them the receiver is around the corner. They had to wait 2 minutes nothing more.We called the delivery person 6 times and our calls were cut. We then called Ram 5-6 times where we were told the same thing by different people and being treated as if we idiots. A request to deliver the item again was put in. This was in the morning around 9:30. From the morning till close of business nothing has been updated. Everyone we spoke to promised a call back but nothing was received and we were told to call them back if we want to find out what happened. The attitude of the workers at this company is pathetic. The package is a priority package on top of everything.
