Pathetic delivery service and call centre service
I called RAM on Saturday after receiving my Waybill number. I was told that the parcel would be delivered on Monday anytime from 7AM to 5PM. I took a day off on Monday to receive the parcel - only for the parcel not to be delivered. I call again on today and request that Noluthando gives me an approximate time so that I can plan my day accordingly... Once again, I am told I have to wait from 7AM to 5PM. Does RAM not think people they deliver to have jobs to sit and wait all day for them. Really pathetic service. What is the point of having a call centre??? Why does Vodacom choose a courier like this?

If that is true, then it was unprofessional for your call centre to advise me when I called on Saturday that the parcel will be delivered on Monday - if they knew that they did not have the parcel from Vodacom at that time. I called your call centre to plan my day as I don't have a fixed location and am on the road most of the time.

We will find a way to call you and make arrangements that will ensure we delivery accordingly as we had no idea you are on the road most of the time, we will again follow up with couriers and revert with arrangements.
