Pathetic delivery company. Take tips from Aramex

I received an sms from RAM informing me that my package would arrive, only to wait all day for nobody to show up. I track my order and it says i I wasnt at home. Im totally gutted having waited so long for the package in the first place. It’s been two days that I’ve received the same sms and I’ve taken off work then when calling RAM their customer service is pathetic because they kept dropping the line.
