Pathetic delivery company
Delivery guy phones me to ask if im at Lotus Gardens on the 26th of July 2023 when the address specifically states: Pretoria Townlands 351jr ..the customer care line then contacts me to confirm the address again and says they will deliver ..Waited but no show from Ram. I then get an sms that delivery will be on the 27th of July before or at 4pm, again no show then an email stating that my parcel will be returned to Bash. What a pathetic service .should have opted for collection at a TFG retailer than this **** delivery company .
