PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE, WORST I'VE EVER RECEIVED

The service received form this business is probably the worst I have ever received from any business to date. Their call centre has no idea of what client service is, they keep you on hold for long periods of time without explanation. Even the manager couldn’t be bothered to call you back. This business cannot even get the small things right and follow simple instructions. I do not know why FNB Smart Devices use this business as a courier agent! I will definitely not recommend or support this business in the future!
