Pathetic customer service (Misleading information)

I have been waiting for a package from RAM and I have received a confirmation SMS that I will receive my package today. There was an issue with the address whereby I had called in and rectified this and was then told that my package is on its way. I have waited the whole day calling in about 10 times being put on hold and guaranteed that my package is on its way but they kept cutting the call on me and I had asked for a manager but still have not got to speak to one.I had been told at 16:50 that my package will not be delivered today due to FNB having to authorize the address correction. RAM you have misled me as a customer and I am ****ed off with you as I had waited here all day from 8 am for my package only to be told at 16:50 that it would not be delivered today. I am very upset as I could have been home spending this time with my family but you have misled me and wasted my day waiting for a package of mine that never arrived, if I had been informed of this earlier I would not be this appalled as a customer but I have been messed around by you staff who said to me that there is no issue and if there was an issue they would have told me so. Your services are pathetic!!!
