Pathetic Customer Service
We have been having issues getting our package delivered since last week. We have phoned Ram maybe 10 times now, have spoken to different consultants. I have been cut off several times after asking to hold, and I have been promised to receive feedback via email and phone call and have received nothing. We are told the package has not left dispatch, and then we get cut off, and nothing gets delivered. Pathetic service.

03 Nov 2021, 15:36We have already cancelled our order with Rain following 3 days of your customer care hanging up on us, cutting us off, and not providing feedback after promising that they would. Looking at the ratings online and on Hellopeter, clearly this happens all the time. You have wasted alot of our money, we will be sure to never make use of your service again.
