Pathetic customer service
Ram your customer service is horrific, I just spoke to your driver and he **** that he has been trying to call me to deliver a parcel. I do have a phone log. The customer service is pathetic, no ones knows anything, I call for the passed two weeks about 5 times a day, and one one could change my contact number, even the manager Tummie put me on hold for 45 minutes. Still no parcel delivered.
