pathetic customer service and follow up

my parcel was supposed to be delivered yesterday but tracking info online says delivery was unsuccesful due me picking up my phone....for heavens sake i work in a call center i cant do as i please, if the driver would just follow the ****en instructions on delivery notes it would be so ****en easy....if you cant reach me theres a reason why theres a ****en email address
