Pathetic Customer service
I ordered From Clarins on 27 July. The parcel was received by RAM on 29 July. I called them yesterday and was promised delivery today. I called again this morning and they said maybe tomorrow or the next day. Clarins promises delivery within 4-6 days today is day 8. And the 6th working day. Staff member today promised to get back to me and she hasn’t. Poor service.

03 Aug 2022, 18:53Thank you. After speaking to 5 different people today. It was finally sorted and delivered at 3:30. You need to improve your customer care. Putting a customer on hold for 10 mins like Neo did to me today is unacceptable.
