Pathetic Customer Service

I am very dissatisfied with the service rendered by your company this far. I am awaiting for a delivery to take place since yesterday, but with no luck. Upon tracking my parcel i discovered that my phone number was captured incorrectly according to the consultant i spoke to she rectified it and also made contact with the driver to give him my correct number. Later yesterday afternoon i spoke to the consultant again (follow up) in relation to the delivery again she spoke to the driver and apparently he mad it to delivery address, but had to turnaround and leave as no one at security knows a gentle called Christoffel. This excuse I find very convenient and it disgust me that you have my number and not call me and let me know that you are at my address given so that i could take the liberty to go and collect. It is day 2 of a promised delivery by your call centre agent and it is past 13:00 already and still no delivery took place. What is going on here, please tell. I cant believe that this is the kind of service that a reputable company like Ram is dishing out to their customers/client.
