PATHETIC/*********** COURIER SERVICE!!!

I can't believe RAM Couriers are still operating. Reading the negative reviews on their website and Hellopeter, this business should cease. I received an sms that my parcel will be delivered 31/07/2023 so obviously I arranged for someone to be available in order to accept my parcel. By 16h00, no sign of RAM Couriers, nor any contact. I called their offices and was assured parcel will be delivered on the day. I called again and was told driver advised he was at my place to deliver parcel but I was not available and business closed: delivery was scheduled at my home, not placed of work!!!! Driver also claimed he called and contact was not available. I made 3 calls and I was promised they'll contact driver and get parcel delivered. I was also promised that they'll call me to advise.A load of bull as I did not receive parcel, nor did anyone return my call.
