Pathetic courier service

I wish there was a negative rating. RAM, your service is the most terrible courier service. This is not the first time I am facing issues with your company, I use other courier companies normally for this same reason. This time however I ordered a SIM from web-africa and for some reason they insist on using you as their courier and this is the only reason I have to face your terrible service. I wont recommend you to my worst enemy.

This is what happened yesterday : - -The delivery guy came, I was right around the corner and asked him to wait 5 minutes so that I can make it back home, he said he cant wait and went away. This is what happened today : - He called me to say he will be by my house in 10 minutes, I waited for 30 mins, he dint show up, he called me again to say he is coming in 2 mins, another 30 mins passed he dint show up. Then he called me " are you home or did I miss you" were the exact words he used, I said I am home, you can come, dint come again. then he called me after another 10 mins,I said I am in the toilet, give me two mins, I came out in exact 2 mins and he was gone. SO I WAIT FOR HIM FOR MORE THAN AN HOUR AND HE CANT WAIT FOR 2 MINS FOR ME ?? Then when I check online it says "Unavailable Home - Did not keep appointment" what the hell is wrong with you ? do you not pay your delivery guys enough or train them. You dont show up for an hour and say did not keep appointment ? You should be ashamed of yourself.
