PATHETIC COURIER SERVICE
RAM I AM STILL WAITING ON MY PARCEL WHICH YOU HAVE PROMISED TO ARRANGE DELIVERY FOR ON THE 9th DECEMBER! I AM APPALLED AT HOW YOUR STAFF LIES TO GET RID OF CLIENTS. I WANT MY PARCEL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! MY PARCEL IS LAYING THERE FOR OVER TWO WEEKS AND YOU ARE SILENT. I WANT MY PARCEL

19 Dec 2024, 10:58I awaited for someone to get back to me by COB yesterday. Where is my parcel and when will delivery be scheduled. Promise and fail is the order of this business. There is no way I could’ve anticipated that a mere business address could be so difficult to deliver to and the worst part is not a single communication channel has been used by either party involved in the delivery of my parcel. IF MY PARCEL IS NOT LOCATED TODAY AND DELIVERED TOMORROW I AM TAKING FURTHER ACTION!!!
