Pathetic Courier Service
You can be glad the stars have to be chosen, other wise I would have just given you 0/5.
I ordered a parcel through the IStore and they decided to use you as the courier service, which is quite laughable.
The parcel came to my office this morning and everything was correct except the name. They had it completely different and due to that fact i couldn't receive my parcel and now need to wait longer.
I will not let you incompetence and disrespect from the driver interfere with my life.
You are probably the worst courier service in the country and that makes sense as less and less companies are using you.
I refuse to accept anything from Ram going forward as life is too short and valuable to accept incompetence.
