Pathetic Courier

Good day, am very much disappointed with RAM and their customer services really sucks, 3 days in a raw i got SMS and email that my parcel will be delivered. and i get this early in the morning, i will wait until 5 nothing gets delivered nobody says anything and when i first called, i waited for 30 minutes on the call and they said it was not delivered because it was late for the driver to do so. and it will be delivered the same day i was calling, same thing nothing got delivered , it even changed on tracking that it was received in the warehouse nolonger out for delivery. i wonder why companies still uses this guys, it is smooth on the websites of companies we buying but our goods endup return due to 3 times non deliveries of RAM, is very poor customer services because we dont choose lazy companies like this and obviously they even lie and charge the company we buying to say they attempted deliver, they are pathetic and useless.the second day when i called they dropped my call.imagine having waited 30 minutes then your call get dropped by an idiot that things your order is not important, firstly they dont even know why you have ordered that but they decide not to deliver.pathetic and useless Courier
