Pathetic company!

I upgraded my phone recently and started tracking my parcel online. The parcel went from Jhb to Witbank back to Jhb back to Witbank again back to Jhb then to Harrismith before it eventually arrived in Standerton. I sit in an office space where I've been working for 10 years. I give the guy a certified copy of my ID and proof of residence. He refused to give me my parcel because he needs my original ID book. So I went home and got the original ID. It's been through the washing machine but the barcode and photo is still visible. He still refused to give me my parcel. So he called his branch manager handed me his phone and made me talk to guy. So much for covid safety but that's another story. They both refused to give me something that I ordered and paid for. Pathetic to say the least.
