Pathetic Client Service

Worst experience ever with a courier company. Their delivery times is Mon - Fri 08h00 - 17h00. I gave up my work address so that would work perfect for me. Thursday 19h00 I received a message from them failed delivery. Friday no attempt to deliver. Saturday I get another failed delivery attempt. Parcel is out for delivery today Monday 08h44, it is now 16h14, still no delivery. After phoning them several times during the day. Promised that my parcel will be delivered before 16h00. Most pathetic service received ever from a courier company.
