Pathetic bull service ever!

Pathetic service ever, they don't even deserve that star. I have spent over 200 trying to call them and still useless not getting help. I have been waiting for a parcel for over a week n everytime they return it then stupid reasons are quoted on my ref number. Where is ARAMAX when I need them,,,, ****ed as hell!
