Pathetic behavior from RAM hand to hand courier

After I wrote my previous review about them ( RAM hand to hand courier) they returned my order to the retailer ( Steve.Madden) . Remember they were sending text message and emails. After that review they sent one email stating that they tried to contact me , my I provide them with my alternative contacts. The same people who were flooding me with text messages and emails , they are unable to contact me after that review. I really dnt understand what strategy Steve.Madden used to hometown conclusion of giving business to those amateurs. They really dnt have a clue of a customer service and I will never associate myself with any business that us the services of RAM hand to hand courier , never again
