Pathetic and Utterly Useless RAM COURIER SERVICE.
I wish you could give 0 stars. This is beyond any shadow of a doubt the WORST courier company to have existed since any sorted courier service has begun. Not only do they have *********** staff their delivery drivers are rude, don't know how to get to an address and have 0 sense of accountability and responsibilty. They inform you that your package will be delivered within a given time and then come after the said time and make it seem as though it was your fault!!!
Im absolutely furious at this disgusting filthy pathetic service. I spoke to several different agents on the phone. I have sent emails. I have even tried to speak to a manager and supervisor and nothing....no come back no feedback no assistance whatsoever....I would rather take leave, spend my own money drive up to the company i purchased my packaged and drive back home and i would STILL be quicker than pathetic RAM couriers.! You people should be ashamed of yourselves!
Its a shame that customers in SA have to deal with such useless service from companys who's primary work IS CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

With the tracking number we were going to be able to investigate what has happened that resulted in the lack of service and prevent the matter from happening in the future.
