Pathetic and useless service

I received an sms on Monday 17/2 to advise a parcel was going to be delivered. I phoned the company and spoke to Fatima to advise I was not available please can they reschedule for Tuesday 18/2. I waited the whole day and no delivery received an sms that evening saying courier ran out of time. On 19/2 received another sms to advise parcel will be delivered I phoned again and asked if they could arrange delivery after 14h00. Waited the whole afternoon the only people that visited the house were DAWN couriers, Vox telecoms. Received an sms saying I did not answer my phone then received another sms saying was not available. The driver was never at the house he obviously wanted to go home early. When I phoned the call centre before 18h00 my call was dropped twice what useless service
