Pathetic and poor service

Received a sms from the courier company saying the package will be delivered today 25/10. Just after 8 received another message saying package undeliverable. Phoned the call center they said the driver apparently came that's why its undeliverable, I have an intercom and my wife was at home. Then the courier company called back saying they apologize that the driver didn't come , the hub asked him not to deliver the package cause its a high value package and they need security to escort the vehicle. Then another guy called , asking if I was at home and if I'm going to be there the entire day, we asked for a time he said he can't disclose the information for security reasons. I called again just before 5pm explained the issue to a lady she said she will get back to me that never happened. I called again just after 5:30pm, spoke to a guy by the name of Londi, explained him the issue he said I should hold he was going to contact the control center and give me feedback, the call get cut while on hold. I tried calling back twice , then Londi returned the call he promised that the package will be delivered today, once the driver returns to the hub, the operation manager will handle the matter. It's 8pm now no package no call nothing , absolutely poor service and the lies is what ****es me off be upfront with the customer so we understand, really pathetic service
