Pathetic and no service assistance
Had a sms and email sent to me yesterday morning 3 November 2021 stating my order from vodacom is out for delivery, i called the pmb branch at 1pm and I was told the package is still in their pmb branch and could not be delivered because they are waiting for a email from vodacom which takes 48 to 72 hours to get received, even this morning I called and staff are very unhelpful

Please advise if you have changed the address with Vodacom.
Vodacom has not sent us anything to change the delivery address as yet. We are not allowed to make changes to Vodacom consignments.
