PATHETIC AND DISGUSTING SERVICE FROM RAM.
Ram delivery guy asked me if I do live in my own home.. really now??
Yesterday I expected my package from RAM COURIERS or rather I say PATHETIC COURIERS. On their arrival, the delivery guy asked for my proof of address and ID which I produced. My original ID and proof of addresses.
The delivery guy asked why is my proof of address not stamped? I told him it was a print out. I produced a statement of one of my clothing accounts, surprisingly so THE Stupid delivery guy demanded me to produce an alternative proof of address, I gave him a letter of my bank account (proof of account) bare in mind these proof of addresses are less than 3 months old. But hy what can I say? The stupid delivery guy TREATED ME LIKE A THEIF INSIDE MY HOME, HE ASKED IF WAS THERE ANYONE ELSE INSIDE THE HOUSE BESIDES ME. Well I guess these are the new requirements we don't know from RAM PATHETIC AND DISGUSTING COURIERS. Delivery guys taking wanting to go inside your house following you all the way to your bedroom. Funny thing is i called RAM PATHETIC AND DISGUSTING COURIERS HEAD OFFICE and I was promised to be called back till this day no phone call from them. Call Center agents who don't know what they're doing are taking calls, how PATHETIC. The delivery guy returned with my package of which I waited 2 days for it. I'm so ****ed out with this HORRIBLE SERVICE.. and employees from that courier company coming up with their own gestures and going beyond what was communicated between me and my service provider. Mark, the manager at the RAM PATHETIC AND DISGUSTING COURIERS has done nothing about this matter after having to their head office twice. This level of service is very much unacceptable from the delivery guy and him having the nerve and guts to cross question me like I'm a ***** in my house. At this rate I'm flabbergasted by this service and if they feel like I'm a theif they should hire a detective. POOR TRAINED DELIVERY GUY WITH STINKING ATTITUDE!!!
